Refund Policy for Read Mooc Online Courses

At Read Mooc, we strive to provide high-quality online courses to help our customers enhance their skills and knowledge. We understand that there may be instances where a customer may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. 80% Refund: Customers are eligible for a 80% refund if the following conditions are met:

a) The refund request is made within 2 days of the initial purchase date.

b) The customer has not accessed or completed more than 10% of the course content.

c) The refund request is not a result of a violation of our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct.

1.2. Partial Refund: If the conditions mentioned in section 1.1 are not met, customers may still be eligible for a partial refund based on the following guidelines:

a) The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

b) The customer has not accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content.

2. Refund Process:

2.1. Submitting a Refund Request: To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team at [provide contact details]. The request should include the customer's name, order number, course name, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

2.2. Refund Evaluation: Once a refund request is received, our team will evaluate it based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1. If the request meets the criteria, we will process the refund accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

3.1. Digital Products: Once a customer has accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content, they are not eligible for a refund.

3.2. Bundled Courses: If the customer has purchased a bundled course package, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the completion status and eligibility criteria for each course within the bundle.

4. Modifications to Courses:

4.1. Read Mooc reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course content, including the removal of specific modules or lessons, without prior notice. In such cases, refunds will not be provided for the modified or removed content, but the customer will still have access to the remaining course content.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

5.1. Read Mooc understands that there may be exceptional circumstances that require special consideration. If a customer believes they have a unique situation that warrants a refund outside the scope of this policy, they can reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
